Make every workplace detail work better. We’re looking for a hands-on General Services Lead who can turn day-to-day workplace needs into safe, reliable, and efficient operations. If you’re confident leading teams, managing vendors and budgets, and improving the systems that keep a business moving, you’ll fit right in.
Work Setup: Fully Onsite at the Makati Site
Role Overview
As our General Services Lead, you’ll oversee workplace support, facilities coordination, vendors and contracts, inventory, waste management, safety, environmental compliance, budgets, and special projects. You’ll guide the General Services team, set clear service standards, resolve escalated concerns, and work closely with the Business Services Head, Facilities Officer, building administration, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Everyday Service Delivery: Set priorities for General Services personnel and providers, maintain procedures and service levels, review requests and recurring concerns, and ensure dependable coverage for housekeeping, pantry, courier, and workplace support.
Keep the Workplace Safe and Ready: Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency preparedness, and business continuity requirements with the Facilities Officer, building administration, vendors, and contractors.
Drive Responsible Workplace Practices: Implement waste segregation, collection, storage, disposal, and documentation controls; monitor providers; maintain required records; and promote safety and environmental awareness.
Own Vendor Performance: Lead supplier sourcing and evaluation, review proposals and commercial terms, establish service levels, keep accreditation and permits current, and resolve performance or compliance issues.
Control Inventory and Assets: Maintain stock controls and reorder levels, review usage and variances, oversee counts and reconciliations, and improve the use of supplies and assigned assets.
Deliver Workplace Projects: Plan and coordinate office moves, renovations, fit-outs, furniture installations, and workplace improvements while managing scope, timelines, vendors, risks, safety, and close-out requirements.
Manage Budgets and Costs: Prepare and monitor operating and project budgets, review expenses and variances, and implement practical cost-control measures.
Turn Data into Better Service: Validate dashboards and management reports, use service, vendor, inventory, incident, and project data to identify recurring issues, and lead corrective actions, automation, and process improvements.
Keep Performance on Track: Maintain strong service-level compliance, timely preventive actions, accurate inventory, complete safety and environmental controls, on-budget operations, and on-time projects and reporting.
Skills & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Office Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 4–6 years of progressive experience in General Services, facilities, workplace operations, administration, vendor management, or a related function.
Experience supervising operational support teams and coordinating third-party service providers.
Demonstrated capability in vendor and contract management, workplace projects, budgeting, service-level monitoring, and operational reporting.
Working knowledge of facilities coordination, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, waste management, and environmental compliance.
Strong project-management, risk-monitoring, inventory-control, and cost-management skills.
Confident stakeholder management, escalation handling, team leadership, and process-improvement capability.
Experience in BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or a multi-site corporate environment is an advantage.
