Recruitment Officer
Own end-to-end recruitment for valued clients, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver great candidate experiences in a hybrid Makati role with room to grow.
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates. The role partners closely with clients to understand hiring needs, provides talent market insights, and delivers high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruitment Officer is accountable for achieving recruitment KPIs, maintaining healthy talent pipelines, driving timely role closures, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
Work Setup: Hybrid, 3x a week in Makati City
Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Tasks
1. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
Conduct client kick-off meetings to align on role requirements, hiring expectations, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for assigned vacancies.
Prepare and submit high-quality candidate endorsements aligned with client requirements.
Coordinate client interviews and facilitate timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate negotiations, offer discussions, and ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate requirements.
Drive recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
2. Client & Candidate Relationship Management
Serve as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients, maintaining consistent communication and managing hiring expectations.
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to maximize engagement and offer acceptance.
Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and recruitment recommendations.
Deliver regular updates on recruitment progress, hiring challenges, and pipeline status.
Address client and candidate concerns professionally while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
3. Recruitment Performance & Delivery Ownership
Own recruitment outcomes for assigned client portfolios, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, endorsement quality, and offer acceptance.
Proactively manage ageing requisitions through sourcing strategies, market consultation, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor recruitment performance against established KPIs and SLAs.
Identify recruitment risks, delays, and hiring bottlenecks, escalating issues promptly with recommended solutions.
Take full accountability for successful role closures and overall recruitment delivery.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Client Success, HR, IT, Sales, Finance, Admin, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate post-offer activities and facilitate seamless candidate handover for onboarding.
Maintain effective communication across internal teams to support operational efficiency.
Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional recruitment initiatives.
5. Pipeline & Recruitment Operations
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure all recruitment activities, candidate records, and client updates are accurately maintained within the ATS and recruitment trackers.
Monitor recruitment workflows to ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards.
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment efficiency, and overall hiring outcomes.
Support recruitment reporting, workforce planning, and talent pipeline initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience managing client-facing recruitment or account ownership is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting across multiple industries or supporting offshore/BPO/shared services clients is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment reporting tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
