Role Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, maintaining recruitment systems, posting job opportunities, and assisting with candidate screening. You’ll gain valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes while helping deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and Screen Candidates: Assist in sourcing talent, screening applications, and conducting initial candidate interviews to identify qualified applicants.
Maintain Recruitment Systems: Update and manage candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Prepare Recruitment Materials: Support the team by formatting resumes, job descriptions, and other candidate-related documentation.
Manage Job Postings: Publish and monitor job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms.
Provide Administrative Support: Assist with background check processing, employee referral program activities, and other recruitment-related tasks.
Skills & Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Able to render 500–600 internship hours as required by the academic program.
Can provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the educational institution.
Amenable to a hybrid work setup with 2–3 onsite days per week in Makati.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn.
