Finance Administrator
Be the precise Finance Administrator powering payroll, treasury, and reporting — hybrid in Makati or Pampanga, with clear growth, supportive teammates, and a global client base.
Numbers don't lie, and neither do you. We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Finance Administrator who thrives on precision and keeping the wheels turning across payroll, treasury, and reporting. If you love finding the small error before it becomes a big one, you'll fit right in.
Work Setup: Hybrid - Makati or Pampanga Site
Role Overview
As Finance Administrator, you'll support a growing finance team across revenue, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury, filling gaps, keeping timelines tight, and bringing order to a high volume of moving parts. You'll work closely with a largely non-finance team, so clarity and patience matter as much as accuracy.

Keep FP&A Accurate: Ensure monthly actuals are properly reflected in the Financial Planning and Analysis system.
Handle the Extras: Manage insurance claims, EOM reporting, the finance team mailbox, and general enquiries across the business.
Skills & Experience
Degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
Solid experience in general accounting functions—payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
Strong grasp of statutory and legislative reporting requirements.
Confident communicator who can lead, mentor, and support non-finance staff.
Tech-savvy with G Suite, MS Office, Xero, and quick to pick up new tools.
