Bring brands to life through standout design. We're looking for a creative, detail-focused Graphic Designer who can deliver visually engaging, on-brand materials across multiple businesses and campaigns. If you love turning ideas into polished print and digital assets, this role is built for you.

Work Setup: Hybrid of 2x a week in the Makati office

As our Graphic Designer, you'll join the in-house marketing team to create high-quality design materials for the head office company and multiple owned brands. You'll work across brand identity, guidelines, marketing collateral, logos, templates, imagery, presentations, digital assets, and more—helping each brand communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Create On-Brand Designs: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce professional, visually compelling designs across print and digital channels for multiple brands.

• Deliver a Range of Assets: Design logos, digital ads, print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and other campaign assets.

• Manage Projects End to End: Take design projects from concept to completion while keeping deadlines, briefs, and quality standards on track.

• Champion Brand Consistency: Understand and follow brand guidelines across multiple brands, ensuring every output feels polished and aligned.

• Build Visual Presentations: Develop 3D mockups, visual presentations, templates, and documentation that clearly showcase creative ideas.

• Create and Edit Assets: Support photo and video asset creation, editing, and preparation for marketing use.

• Bring Creative Thinking: Contribute fresh, forward-thinking design ideas while staying updated on relevant industry trends.

• Work With Focus and Flexibility: Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while working both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver strong results.

Skills & Experience

• Degree or similar qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative field.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Confident using Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and Word, to create polished presentations and templates.

• Exceptional design, visual communication, typography, colour, and branding skills.

• Strong copywriting, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing and wider business teams.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and stay focused on KPIs and goals.

• Understanding of print media, fonts, content licensing, and brand compliance requirements.

• Desirable experience in insurance or finance marketing guidelines.

• Desirable video editing capability.
