Procurement Officer (Part-time)
Be the organized heartbeat of procurement — keep supplier contracts, data, and onboarding on track in a collaborative, hybrid role with growth paths.
Keep procurement organised, supplier records accurate, and contract activity moving. We're looking for a detail-focused Procurement Officer who can support purchasing activity while keeping supplier contracts, due diligence, onboarding, renewals, reporting, and spend data well managed. If you enjoy working with systems, suppliers, and stakeholders to create clarity, control, and timely outcomes, this role is built for you.
Work Setup: Work From Home
Role Overview
As our Procurement Officer, you'll support the procurement lifecycle while maintaining supplier contract records and procurement data across key systems. You'll help coordinate supplier onboarding, annual due diligence, contract renewals, spend reporting, credit checking administration, and internal follow-ups so procurement activity remains compliant, visible, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Contract Records: Keep supplier contracts correctly stored in OneTrust with complete and accurate metadata for effective procurement management and governance.
Support Supplier Due Diligence: Manage the supplier digital annual due diligence process for existing suppliers and highlight risks for review.
Track Supplier Onboarding: Report on active supplier onboarding workstreams, including PEF chasing, so delays and next steps are visible to the right departments.
Coordinate Contract Renewals: Follow up with internal business owners for contract renewal decisions and keep renewal timelines moving.
Manage Purchase and Procurement Follow-Ups: Support purchasing requests, supplier communications, approvals, and order-related follow-ups to keep procurement activity moving efficiently.
Review Dashboard Reporting: Review and prepare dashboard reporting through Power BI in line with department requirements.
Support Contract Changes: Assist with supplier contract termination and novation activities as required.
Administer Credit Systems: Provide system administration and management support for credit checking tools such as Dun & Bradstreet.
Keep Spend Data Aligned: Manage the monthly spend report and ensure it remains aligned with the contract management system.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, contract administration, supply chain administration, or a similar support role.
Good analytical skills with strong attention to supplier details, contract data, spend information, approvals, and documentation.
Good IT skills, particularly across Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and procurement or contract management systems.
Ability to understand, interpret, and work confidently with business, supplier, contract, and procurement information.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow up professionally with internal teams and suppliers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate due diligence, onboarding, renewal, reporting, and procurement priorities.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
