FP&A Manager
Lead FP&A for a dynamic client portfolio in Makati — own planning, forecasting, and automation; coach a Manila team to deliver clear insights and commercial impact.
Lead forecasting, insight, and commercial finance that drives better business decisions. We’re looking for a Business Finance FP&A Manager who can own planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis across the full business P&L. If you’re a finance leader who combines strong modelling capability, business partnering, automation, and clear commercial insight, this role is built for you.
Work Setup: Hybrid options across Makati, day shift aligned with Australian clients
Role Overview
As the Business Finance FP&A Manager, you’ll guide forecasting, planning, commercial analysis, and reporting across strategic business groups, practices, and functions. You’ll partner with senior leaders, lead the Manila finance analyst team, improve forecast accuracy, and drive automation so the finance function spends more time on insight and less time on manual production.

Partner with Leaders: Work closely with department leads, finance business partners, and senior stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives.
Analyse Business Performance: Assess sales, revenue, order book, operating costs, SG&A, pipeline, profitability, and key financial drivers.
Support Commercial Decisions: Review complex deals from a commercial perspective to help win, retain, and grow client relationships.
Improve Forecast Accuracy: Build scalable forecasting models, deliver clear variance analysis, and strengthen data governance across cost centres and operating groups.
Drive Reporting Excellence: Produce management reports, monthly business review materials, and presentation decks covering sales, revenue, forecasts, and business drivers.
Automate FP&A Processes: Identify opportunities to improve processes through dashboards, agentic forecasting, modelling, and automated reporting outputs.
Lead and Develop the Team: Coach the Manila finance analyst team to focus on analysis, insights, and value-added commercial support.
Skills & Experience

CPA or CA qualification is an advantage.
10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting, commercial analysis, or business finance.
Experience leading people and developing finance talent.
