We’re looking for a Senior GTM Content Specialist who can create compelling external content, support buyer interactions, and bring brand messaging to life across campaigns and digital channels. If you’re a strong storyteller with B2B marketing experience, content strategy skills, and a sharp eye for engagement, this role is built for you.
Work Setup: Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week in Makati
Role Overview
As a Senior GTM Content Specialist, you’ll create and deliver go-to-market content across external channels to help drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and communicate how the company’s services solve client needs. You’ll own content for key buyer interactions and campaigns, apply insight into buyer behaviour, and use performance metrics to refine content strategies and deployment methods.
Key Responsibilities
Create Engaging GTM Content: Develop content for external channels that supports go-to-market initiatives, buyer interactions, and growth campaigns.
Package Content for Impact: Suggest innovative ways to present and package content to maximise engagement and clearly communicate client impact.
Align Messaging to Strategy: Understand the business landscape and ensure content reflects company positioning, messaging, and strategic priorities.
Balance Global and Local Objectives: Harmonise global and local goals within content strategy, planning, and production.
Manage Multiple Projects: Deliver high-quality content on time while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with leadership, sales, solutions, and practice teams to create compelling content and communications.
Champion the Brand: Ensure all content and visual materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, professional identity.
Refine Based on Feedback: Iterate on content and design feedback to improve clarity, engagement, and impact.
Use Performance Insights: Apply content metrics and buyer behaviour insights to identify effective marketing strategies and improve deployment methods.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that support go-to-market initiatives.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio across articles, case studies, social media posts, presentations, or similar formats.
Understanding of buyer behaviour, client needs, and how content supports sales and relationship-building.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn and X/Twitter, and content performance analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, leadership, and product teams.
Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, visual branding, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma is an advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies for content creation and marketing is a plus.
