· Create Digital Assets: Produce social media graphics, EDMs, website visuals, and paid ad designs for both client and in-house campaigns.
· Keep the Look Consistent: Ensure all designs align with brand expectations and the agency’s high-end, minimal, clean, and modern aesthetic.
· Manage Multiple Projects: Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organised while working across several design requests at once.
Skills & Experience
· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Adobe After Effects experience is advantageous.
· Experience with Canva, with Figma familiarity considered a plus.
· Ability to use AI tools to generate or support graphic imagery is advantageous.
· Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, aspect ratios, proportions, and design sequencing.
· Excellent attention to detail, organisation, task prioritisation, and project management skills.
· Creative problem-solving ability, good initiative, and confidence adapting to established brand aesthetics.
· Ability to understand sophisticated property and construction audiences and create clean, modern brands that appeal to target markets.
