We’re looking for an analytical and client-savvy Client Financial Manager who can bridge financial performance, reporting, and client operations. If you’re confident spotting risks early, challenging assumptions, and translating numbers into strategic conversations, this role is built for you.

Role Overview
As a Client Financial Manager, you’ll monitor client financial performance, analyse trends, and lead financial review conversations with clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll help identify risks, improve reporting, and support stronger commercial decision-making through accurate insights and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Client Performance: Track client account performance and flag financial anomalies, risks, delays, and emerging issues.
Lead Financial Reviews: Facilitate regular financial reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Analyse Commercial Trends: Review cost trends, variances, and profitability drivers to identify opportunities for improvement.
Improve Reporting: Build and maintain Excel-based reporting templates and automate recurring reports where possible.
Partner Across Teams: Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals, challenge assumptions, and drive better outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or client reporting.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Strong commercial awareness and confident communication skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and push for improvements.
