We’re looking for a detail-focused Junior Content Management and Automation Specialist to support document analysis, creation, quality control, and process automation for Australian investment clients. If you enjoy improving systems, working with structured content, and finding better ways to get things done, this role is for you.
Work Setup: Makati - Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
Role Overview
As our Junior Content Management and Automation Specialist, you’ll support document management and process improvement initiatives for Australian investment clients. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll help create accurate, client-branded documents, review content and system rules, support troubleshooting, and contribute to smoother, more automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and maintain documents: Manage document creation in Objective Keystone while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and client brand alignment.
· Review document quality: Check design, text, fields, and rules to ensure documents are correctly set up and easy to use.
· Improve processes: Analyse document content and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
· Support clients and teams: Provide guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear updates on project progress.
· Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the Operations Director, colleagues, and clients to keep deliverables moving.
· Maintain professional standards: Follow workplace, health and safety expectations while managing workload flexibly and responsibly.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Content Management.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in team communication platforms such as Slack/Teams.
Basic understanding of databases.
Experience in HTML/CSS is preferred.
Experience with Python or Json coding is preferred.
An interest in design.
